I highly recommend Loren and his team! They remodeled my bathroom and it turned out amazing! The job was completed on time and most importantly on budget! The thing that I really appreciate the most was the constant communication and professionalism !

From our first meeting to project completion, this was an outstanding experience. Loren and his team answered every question, worked through every obstacle, and provided us with exactly what we had imagined. On time, within budget, and with extra bells and whistles we didn't even know about. Great design advice and top quality craftsmanship. Total confidence in anything Sol Cal Construction does. The cherry on top was that everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and top-notch in their particular area of expertise. We especially liked the fact that they were local family-owned sub-contractors. This was a totally painless renovation, which is rare. We recommend Sol Cal without reservation...

SolCal team was wonderful to work with on a PD condo renovation. They were clear every step of the way, from discussing feasibility, pricing, helping with design choices and dealing with authorities that were needed for certifications. They have a good process for obtaining needed items before work is to be done, minimizing the time we needed to be elsewhere. Construction noise can be difficult in condos and neighbors were informed ahead of time. Our adjacent neighbors even commented on how thoughtful the working teams had been. The place looks and feels so much nicer than before!

Loren at Sol Cal Construction is the most professional contractor I have ever met. After several conversations and emails, he came to my home to do an estimate. The feather in his cap is he was more interested in giving me accurate and realistic advice regarding a potential job for him than he was winning the bid. He didn't try to "sell" me on anything, instead, despite him realizing my budget didn't match my requests, he gave me an unfiltered honest assessment bringing several points up that I had not considered (nor any other contractor mentioned) that were invaluable. Although I'm not going thru with this particular renovation, Sol Cal Construction has earned my respect to such a point that they will be the only company I will consider using for future projects.

So Cal Construction is one of the best to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Always understanding and solution minded. Professionalism all the way.

Loren at Sol Cal did an entire bathroom remodel for us. From start to finish he was great! Gave realistic pricing and expectations. Amazing communication and on time! Which was my biggest complaint with other contractors. He will be doing our other bathroom remodel and kitchen remodel in the near future.

Possibly one of the best experiences of using a contractor. Everyone including subs showed up always on time and was completed on time and in accordance with our budget. And completed job turned out fabulous.
